About Me

I am a 2nd-year undergraduate student at McGill University, major in Computer Science with a minor in Geographical Information Science, I will be graduated in 2026! 🧑🎓

I am currently working on research at McGill as a research assistant, supervised by professor Luke McCaffrey (Rosalind and Morris Goodman Cancer Institute). The short-term goals of the current project are to create a simulation model that reproduces the tissue patterns to observe in early breast cancer. The longer-term goals are to vary the input parameters to alter disease progression in the simulation model, then researchers will test it experimentally in cells and tissues. 🦠💻

Rosalind & Morris Goodman Cancer Institute, McGill University | Jan 2023 - Present

Under the supervision of Prof. Luke McCaffrey, Studied the cellular and molecular mechanisms of cancer initiation and progression. With developing simulation models, Solved ODEs and PDEs for making computing the deformation of a nonlinearly elastic body and generated basic bidomain simulation with Chaste through C++ and Python.
